Our Management Trainee Programme is a 24-month programme which aims to develop and build the career foundations for potential young talent. Throughout this programme, you will be exposed to various business areas to gain a holistic view of the organisation.
You will go through a series of corporate and operations attachment before going on an exciting overseas attachment. The rotated departments will be determined by the business needs as well as your career aspirations.
You will be assigned an experienced mentor to provide guidance on your career development matters.
- Degree with at least a 2nd Upper Honours in related disciplines
Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (Computer, Electrical & Mechanical, Industrial and Systems), Supply Chain
- Actively involved in co-curricular activities
- Drive to excel
- Less than two years of working experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong alignment with Keppel Group core values
