Elaborating on the company's sustainable business model, Mr Pang Hee Hon, CEO of Keppel T&T shared, "We embrace sustainability as one of our key guiding principles, both at the strategic and operational levels, as well as in caring for the society, our environment and our people.

"The benefits of operating a sustainable business are tangible. These include savings from enhancing the energy efficiency of our operations and reducing wastage of resources. We also benefit from an enhanced reputation, which in turn helps us to attract and retain talent."

Mr Pang added that the key to achieving a sustainable business is having top management's commitment to sustainability goals, a holistic approach that integrates sustainability action plans with business and operational plans, as well as clear communication on performance throughout the organisation and with the public.
